Mustique Police

Mustique Police Force today received their 10m with cabin consol and powered by a pair of 250 Yamahas.

Currently in progress we have a 9m for Padstow Harbour Authority and this will be unusual in that it will be the first UK Outboard RHIB to have PILOT Code . It will also have Police Code and Workboat Code. The build is very bespoke and will feature a new "softer" cabin consol. Pics to follow soon.

Also in progress is a couple of medium builds very similar to the one we recently shipped to Dragon Oil in Turkmenistan along with a 10m inboard semi cabin.

A wide bodied 11m cabin sold 2 weeks ago to Scotland so that will also need to be replaced to maintain our stock. This time it will probably be our new 13m.

2 of our own 10m Seafari RHIBs are sold so somehwere next spring we also need to factor those builds in.

We anticipated a quieter winter but as it stands at present we still have a 14  week lead time. But if anyone tells you its great out there then they are lying !! There is no denying that the market is tough - converting enquiries into orders is hard due to the lack of finance available to companies. We seem to win  on being flexible in the design and build rather than just "out of the mould" top sides.

Pricing is also difficult due to weekly increases in our raw materials but we have also worked hard to offset with savings including investment in new engineering equipment. Thankfuly we have our own war chest to invest so the down side if it goes quiet by late next spring ... we will have time to develop new ideas.
